General terms of use and access to Passport to
Passport to is a service that provides information and opinions about travel and any other related topics, including the following terms and conditions:

1. By accessing and/or using Passport to, you acknowledge being considered a user of the site and agree with any and all of the general terms, notwithstanding any specific terms that might be created at a later date to regulate certain services and contents.
2. The user also acknowledges to use Passport to in accordance with the law in effect, in good faith, as well as in accordance with the public policy and good manners usually accepted. The user, hereby, declares to be over 16 years old.
3. The content provided to the user through the Weblog is protected and can be used under the aforementioned terms. It is forbidden to use the contents for a different purpose other than the one specified, except when TINKLE COMMUNICATIONS, SL expresses the contrary to this, and except in the events established by the law. It is hereby forbidden to use or reproduce any logos and registered marks on the Weblog.

Should any content be remitted by a third party through any of the communication channels provided by Passport to, implies that the writer has given his/her expressed authorization to publish the contents. To be precise, the writer’s name, the comment and, when it applies, the URL, will be published, unless agreed upon differently by the writer. In any event, the publishing team of Passport to reserves the right to publish relevant content, being hereby able to edit, modify and/or erase completely or partially the content of any received communication.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Therefore, the blog is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage arising out of the legality, accuracy, usefulness, quality or reliability of content and/or services not under their direct management or control, even when they can be accessed from the weblog.

10. The parties expressly waiver any right and accept the Spanish governing law of the aforementioned terms and conditions, and agree to submit to the Tribunals and Courts in Madrid for any complaint or litigation that might arise out of the terms and conditions.
